Leveraging this insight, we implemented a strategic approach to streamline the reporting environment. By creating distinct data profiles and connections for each site while maintaining the same database structure, we effectively reduced the number of reports to a single set of unique reports.

Furthermore, we applied best practices in universe design and report development to enhance usability and searchability. Each object within the universes was assigned appropriate descriptions, facilitating easier searches for specific objects. Additionally, we added comprehensive descriptions to reports, enabling users to quickly find relevant information and reports based on their specific needs.
